Lodge Tyres have worked for EMR for 10 years offering a professional service. Out of hours call outs are dealt with swiftly and professionally. All fitters retain a professional attitude and adhere to all our Health & Safety site rules regulations.

Lodge also have helped in cost reduction of our tyres within the Midlands fleet with reporting systems second to none. Being a scrap metal merchant the pure nature of our business is not tyre friendly. The reporting and traceability of our tyre damage is excellent, thus helping EMR trace potential problem areas that helped cost reduction. Lodge, along with EMR, have developed a safe working procedure for wheel nut re- torques, thus reducing the risk of loose wheel nuts after tyre changes e.t.c.
Lodge call centres are welcoming and polite and have a good working relationship with the transport department whatever the time is day or night.

I also wish to express my appreciation of the manner in which one of your staff, Mr Carl Green, carried out the work on my car. His attention to detail and his ability to get to the source of the problem that arose during the work was also very impressive.

I have taken the time to send this email to express my most sincere gratitude to your staff at the Walsall branch of Lodge Tyre.

I have always had a company car, and now I have my own personal car and so have to purchase my own tyres, I cover many miles as a Rep, and have visited many other named tyre companies, but have never felt before - so completely satisfied with and happy with a service.

I initially came into your branch for a quote as I needed 4 new run flat tyre, the two rear tyres were very bad. Phil Williams was very helpful and courteous, he recommended a very good brand, and as I cover many miles recommended these from a safety aspect. he ordered these immediatley and telephoned me later that day to book the car in later that day.

On arrival the next day, I was greeted by another member of your staff, Dave Carrier - he was very thorough and helpfull and I even got a lovely cup of tea.

I just want to say thank you to your lads, they are a credit to lodge Tyre. So often these days we get so hung up on deadlines and targets and we sometimes forget to take the time to say “THANKS”

I am writing to say how delighted and impressed both myself and my carer were over the way you handled our ‘system re-tightening’ request this morning, not only pointing out but actually fixing a rather wayward headlamp beam that we had no idea about.

I am disabled and not inclined to talk much but I can still write a little, and I can tell you that I have been a regular cistomer of your company for what must be well over 30 years now. The service I have received has always been exemplary. In fact, there have been a handful of occasions where you have really got myself or a member of my family out of a fix!

What really astonishes me is that this first class service has been maintained despite the inevitable personnel changes along the way, and indeed continued when for convenience, I switched to the Talke depot. That’s some act to achieve in my opinion, and whoever deals with your recruitment and training deserves a pat on the back, as do all your staff.

On Tuesday I telephoned your depot requesting a quote for 4 tyres for the car.

I spoke to Phil who gave me a very competitive price.
Due to commitments, I was unable to book the car in at that time and rang back on Thursday asking if I could have the tyres fitted today.

With his ‘nothing is too much trouble’ attitude, Phil telephoned the supplier, telephoning me back saying that was OK, and I booked the car in for 0830hrs.

This morning, I was first in the workshop having the tyres fitted, balanced and was away in no time.

the reason for this letter is that I would like to say thank you, for good value, quality and courteous staff with very good customer care.
